Supposingly it's fried with beef oil, soya sauce and lots of garlic! Well, the taste of the ingredients is definitely prominent and some might find it too 'salty or heavy tasting' I find it jus nice and I only wish they have the option of a fried egg instead of a runny onsen style. I think apart from feeling slightly thirsty, it's a good and simple fried rice that I would definitely come back and try the other options they have for friedrice.. 7.8/10👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
