What started out as a single takeaway stall in the basement of Chevron House is now a chain salad stop for office workers in the CBD, with two other outlets in Republic Plaza and The Sail. The Chevron House outlet remains the same as we remembered it to be, with its signature crispy skin Salmon (add $2) as its best-selling protein, while Republic Plaza dishes out more Asian-influenced items like Sukiyaki Beef (add $1.50), Peppered Smoked Duck (add $1.50) and the well-marinated Lemongrass Chicken Thigh. We are told by the staff that the salad offerings at The Sail is similar to the one at Chevron House. Each box comes with one carb, three toppings, one dressing and your choice of protein ($9.90 for one protein, $12.90 for two, $15.90 for three). We like how crazy hearty the salads are, and appreciate that they offer more unique bases like Barley Rice and Sweet Potatoes. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable and the quality is consistently good, making this a go-to spot for fitspos in the area. Pro tip: Consider sharing a medium-sized salad with a colleague, or save half for dinner!
Avg Price: $10 per person
