Plump and meaty unagi with sous vide egg sitting on a bed of rice, topped with nori strips and sesame seeds.

The grilled unagi has a very light crisp on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside and glazed nicely with sweet sauce. The portion of grilled eel to rice was good, soft and not too many bones in there which makes it easy to eat. Each set comes with a bowl of miso soup. I felt the portion was just nice for me but may not be enough for an extremely hungry belly.
