Popped into the brand new Broth House for a late lunch today. It's located right next to The Hangar on Arab Street and is owned by the same boss as well. The menu is devoted to a decent range of very tasty-sounding, modernised Asian noodles plus a few side dishes.

I chose the Yellow Crab Curry Noodles which was the most expensive at $12.90 (all the others were comfortably priced below $10) and was very pleased with it. There was an ample amount of freshly-peeled crab as well as pieces of seabass heaped on. And the gravy which managed to strike the perfect slurp-worthy point between curry and broth, was aromatic.
