The festival runs from now till 30 September 2018, where diners can stand to win dining vouchers worth up to $500 each month when they dine at at participating restaurants.

The Restaurant Association of Singapore has brought together 63 brands offering a range of cuisines from Western to Heritage to Korean, and from casual to fine dining.

Featured here is Pince and Pints, which serves fresh lobsters cooked in various ways - including their signature lobster roll, chilli lobster, lobster mac and cheese, and grilled lobster. They ensure that all their lobsters are obtained only from lobster fisheries that practise sustainable fishing methods.
