Aside from the soya sauce chicken copycats, there's this section in the Chinatown food centre with multiple stores selling the same fish head dish. Amongst them either order An Ji or Cheng Ji; my mother who tried them all says that Cheng Ji has the best one. The fish head had surprisingly lots of meat (they include the neck part too), and the hot sauce was AWESOMEHOTSAUCE, with some citrus flavour and a mild spice level. Ordered one fish head, soup, 2 veg, tofu and a pork rib dish, all for only $51!! #BurppleCheapNGood yozzz.
