Touted to be one of the best mango sticky rice in the country, Mae Varee's version came at a premium too. At 130 THB (approx $5 SGD), it came with one full mango and a pretty generous potion of sticky rice. We tried the version with 3 rice variants and I daresay the puloh hitam sticky rice was the most fragrant and my ultimate favourite.

Incredibly sweet and juicy mango with three kinds of sticky rice ( white, black, and green color from pandan leaves).

Realised that in Thailand, mango sticky rice is everywhere.

The acid test for mango sticky rice is surely whether it's worth returning to.
