The tomato chutney was a little spicy but it was amazing and it’s my favorite thing throughout the dish! It was full of flavors that’s complemented really well with the mild cheese & spinach souffle. I appreciate that the parmesan-crumbed eggs’ yolk still flows even though it’s fried again. I can’t really taste the parmesan but it was no big deal as it’s probably covered by the amazing chutney. The savory french toast was fluffy without being too soak-y, perfect! This item is not what you regularly see on brunch menus so if you’re curious, do give it a try, it’s a great dish overall!
I also tried their sweet french toast that I’ll post later coz I don’t want you guys getting overwhelmed bc reading too much :)) So far, I really recommend you visiting Wild Honey if you’re a brunch person honestly coz there are various interesting brunch items on the menu!
