Very generous portion of pork slices roasted in a tasty marinade, buried in rice noodles tossed in fish sauce and topped with a mix of veggies, peanuts and crispy shallots. We would've liked it to be served hot though...it was served really quickly so I'm kinda wondering if it was all pre-made. It was a filling and yummy bowl nonetheless! #burpple
