Spinach and feta pastry, it's got a crisp like Chinese pastry, and in fact really does taste very similar to that in flavour profile as well. The feta tastes like mozz for some reason, it's not crumbly at all but stretchy and not too strong. Overall it's not bad, not a very overwhelming dish so quite easy to snack on repeatedly
