Aka Ramen ($18) features chicken meatballs, pickled radish and ramen egg in a nutty chicken broth that is quite unlike the typical tonkotsu ramen broth. A dash of lemon juice helps to cut through the rich broth and keeps it from becoming too jelak. Not bad!
