The kimchi flavour in Chilli Crab ($15+) was strong - acidic, sour & spicy, which one would expect from a kimchi dish to begin with. Be warned: The accompanying pork belly doesn't have a crispy skin, which might disappoint some. But not me, because I'm that weirdo that peels the skin off. The meat was okay & in a sufficient quantity to match my carbs, though it was a little on the tough (but bearable) side.

In the latter, the chilli crab sauce wasn't as thick as you'd traditionally expect, but in no way does that compromise the flavours. The spice really packs a punch, & the prawns, little squid, clams & egg swirls kept me satisfied. I preferred this over the other kimchi pasta I tried, but this is probably because of my own bias really.
