Stuffing ours faces with racks of tender pork ribs, we shared their signature Hickory BBQ and Smoked Peppercorn Sticky Bones ($18.90/ Lite Slab, $27.90/ Half Slab). Slow-cooked, grilled & basted with Hickory BBQ sauce; the former was more of the classic American barbecued ribs with its characteristic smokey-tangy sweet sauce, served alongside a heap of fries and crunchy coleslaw while the Smoked Peppercorn had the added kick of spice accompanied by red skin mashed potatoes and greens. A hearty portion, the ribs had a good amount of meat and both were fork-tender. The set lunch also came with free soup and drink - a deal really. Though I would have preferred them to be more saucy and for the flavours to be more distinctive in the flesh, it certainly hit the spot when you are craving for wholesome, family-style meals.
