Did a farewell dinner for colleagues. And was introduced to 4 items. DB burger (sirlion and foiegras) duck confit, roast pork and the seafood platter. All 3 are worth the price and the tastebuds are celebrating. $$

This March, db Bistro & Oyster Bar has launched a special three-course dinner menu ($98++ per person) available till end of this month, where diners can experience ‘A Tour of Lyon’, celebrating the best of bouchon Lyonnaise cuisine and celebrity chef @danielboulud’s birthday month. Beside being the hometown of Chef Daniel, Lyon also converges a diverse bounty of fresh quality produce. The menu refreshes weekly, featuring a different choice of starter or salad, chef’s selection of main course as well as dessert special of the week. Diners can either opt for the 3-course Lyon Menu, or these dishes are available as a la carte options. I would recommend you to ask the friendly staffs for recommendations!

Inspired from Chef Daniel Boulud’s newest restaurant, Le Pavillon in New York, we were blessed with a 4-course menu ($140) of seafood and vegetable by the man himself, who was here for a few days in Singapore.

Chef Daniel Boulud, Prolific French celebrity chef and restaurateur, who was named best restaurateur in the world by Les Grandes Tables du Monde, is in town, woohoo 🙌🏻 . Very grateful that yesterday, I can meet Chef Daniel Boulud in person and had a chance to try his special menu that inspired by Le Pavillon NY.
