The orh luak ($5/$8) had a good blend of egginess and starchy chewiness, amidst gratifyingly crispy charred bits. It was moist but did not feel greasy at all.

The oysters were also juicy and plump, and the chili had a good amount of zest to cut through the heaviness.

Their opening hours are bit weird though (only a few hours during lunch time).
