One of the highlights of our tasting would have to be Baba Wins' Peranakan Cusine. The babi sio was incredibly tender and tasty, with melt-in-your-mouth fats, while the meat and potato stew was super comforting and homely. Pairing them with a plate of steaming hot rice and their fragrant belachan makes for a simple yet satisfying meal.
