It was my first time trying to roll sushi correctly but many of them still turned out quite loose 😬 well, practice makes perfect! I also tried making gunkan sushi (but it's hard to get the nori proportions right) and temaki. I have to say, temaki is probably the easiest and most tasty 😋 and I never knew temaki was made from a rectangular piece of nori and not a triangular one 😅 |
