My favourite roast goose in HK! by C Tan

I know there has always been a debate between this or Yat Lok being the best but the meat here is delicious and the skin, my favourite part of the dish, is so crispy!

Yung Kee has a special place in my heart but not because of the food.

Claypot sliced fish with fermented black beans finds a friend in fluffy rice.

We came here years ago and had to walk a lot to locate it and queued for about 30mins to get a table.

Possibly one of the last roasted goose they served
