Aromatic truffle pulled me into this Duck Confit Burger ($24.90). Lightly sweet brioche buns balanced the salty savoury, with the underside of the top bun spread with black truffle. Juicy strands of a well marinated duck leg confit form the patty, with truffle honey offering a tinge of sweetness. Complementing it was the hunka Camembert cheese, mildly pungent, warm and creamy. Earthy mushrooms were a pleasant addition with a surprise crisp of savoury sweet duck skin. Each flavour combines and lingers with truffle fragrance leaving you last. The fries at the end left me complete.
