Back again for their Sugee Cake; hadn't had much Sugee Cake in my life before so can't tell how a good one should be like. Homebaked by themselves, the Sugee Cake was light both in texture and flavour, speckled with shards of nuts within and drizzled with lemon sugar glazing atop for a bit of zing. The accompanying vanilla ice-cream is mediocre at best; probably came out of a tub easily gotten at supermarket but it is the Sugee Cake that is the main subject here. Starting to like the vibes here; a modest neighbourhood cafe that's homely and sincere in service, taking care of their patrons well and have small talk with those that come through the door. They also have free wifi here too; much appreciated for those moments when you need to do some urgent work with a laptop around.
