Disappointed by Clair Hsu | Burpple

Look at the presentation of the cocktail. I'm pretty sure the umbrella must been through a typhoon. Ginger is half hanging out. Maybe it's their style? The bar tender's attitude is align to the presentation of the cocktail, not so pleasant.
