Not the most visually appealing but definitely one of the best.

A big draw to Kok Sen is its famous Big Prawn Hor Fun ($16, 32, 48). The rice noodles have a nice char and wok hei which add a bit of texture and fragrance to the dish. The best part though is definitely the thick eggy sauce. It has small red chilli flakes that add a lil' spice to the hor fun which differentiates itself from other typical hor fun variants. When I was done with it, I was already wanting more!
