The highly popular Beef Marmalade and Pickles (S$14+) lives up to the hype. I gave up with dining etiquette and just used my hands as I didn't want to waste anything dropping off the toast.

Each bite of this dish is just packed with an explosion of flavours: the sweetness of the tender beef and caramelised onions, the tart sourness of the pickles and the bitter acidity of the sourdough toast. I'm definitely still craving this dish.
