Made from a combination of quality ingredients including chicken and shark bones and boiled for over five hours, the milky-white soup bursts with natural sweetness and is clean-tasting yet flavourful. The Soup Base (from $30) makes a wonderful, lavish base for the steamboat items. Apart from regular meats and greens, they also have several handmade signatures: Pork Dumplings ($5), Fish Kuey Tiao ($5) and Chef's Recipe Squid Ball ($8).
