This pretty sourdough french toast was topped with an ample amount of creamy ricotta cheese, granola, candied walnuts and figs. It’s also drizzled with 100% raw honey, which is a nice upgrade from the usual more liquidy syrup. It’s a good choice for people who prefer sweet brunch dishes and certainly very beautiful. Personally would have liked the french toast itself to have more flavour to contrast with the mild tasting ricotta cheese, maybe some cinnamon?
