This eclectic Hong Kong dessert and dim sum bar was founded in June 2024, family-run by Henry Mok and his son Maverick Mok.

Their boiled white glutinous rice flour dough balls have a soft chewy sticky texture, with mild grainy sweet flavour. Filled with either a thick chunky peanut paste with bright nutty sweet flavour, or a creamy grainy black sesame seed paste with deep earthy nutty sweet flavour.

Served in a thin ginger and rock sugar broth with sweet spice flavour. Warm and calming.
