The crispy ikan bilis are not the only delight of this dish, the four-angled beans too as they have been genetically modified with pandan.

Because soya sauce and ginger make everything better.

Sometimes, the tastiest dish is the ugliest looking, just like this worth-killing-for braised pork belly and tongue.
