Enjoyed all three dishes. The Grandma’s Secret Dishes (Chicken & Pork Soup) 奶奶传承神仙鸡 had a full-bodied soup and tender meat. The Youbu Style Egg Cake (Egg & Chicken Pancake) 游埠鸡子粿 was nicely crisp and packed with a tasty meat filling. The Traditional Style Double Boiled Pear with White Fungus 古法银耳吊梨汤 was just sweet enough, with soft pear, peach, and generous portions of fruit.
