Went to Clementi Collin branch from Bukit Panjang as I have good experience with this branch before. Saw a lady at the counter, was checking with her on the Burpple deal, then she tell me I got to order online and took away my menu....and she show that she is aggitated??????? No where I can find in Burpple how to order and claim my 1 for 1 deal. Getting frustrated.

Went back to tell her then she realized she was wrong and wanted to take my order. So I ordered the mixed grill from the online menu mistakenly thought that it came with beef.... Ask for medium well, the counter lady told me, u don't need to give instruction, the kitchen will know how to handle.....??????? What they know what I want without listen me out, frustration 2.

My wife paid with additional orders via paywave.. When we looked at the receipt, it show $22.20 instead of the $32.20, we paid..... Went back to her... She was like in a total lost even it was just 2 mins ago and there is no other walk in order. She need to ask the kitchen crew to help.......????? Frustration 3.

When we final get our food, then we realized, Sorry no beef in mixed grill...... 😠????? What??? Why didn't you tell me when I ordered just now... Frustruction 4.

Reached home, we order 4 sets of meal but only got to find 2 sets of cutlery in the pack.????? Frustration 5.......

I think Collin really need to screen ur front desk staff before they are able to handle order.... She seems more focus looking at the delivery orders then listening to us. Collin pls train ur staff well like what it was previously......

I hope u understanding the frustration that ur loyal customer feel going all the way to support u.
