I was at Bar Nippon to try their Dashi Somen Noodle Soup ($11.80++). I was skeptical about having a meal at a bar but I was surprised by the simplicity of this dish. The warm dashi soup is made from Seizan water from Japan. The noodle was soft and had a good bite. And the minced meat was tasty. Complement your meal with sake or whiskey if you're up for it. .
