If youโ€™d like something more customised, you could Build Your Own dish by choosing your choice of mains and carbs. We went with their chefโ€™s recommendation of Wagyu Ribeye and mashed potato to go along with it. The result was a nice rust-red shade of ribeye cooked till a pleasant medium rare, which was tender and juicy to say the least. The accompanying sauce was what gild the lily.
