The photo of this dish on the menu had me prepping my tastebuds for some spicy kicks as it was indicated so with chopped garlic, ginger and red green chillies. Didn't quite expect it to be served this way in reality. The tangy sauce was appetizing but unfortunately not marinated well into the eggs. There wasn't any heat and the eggs seemed to be over-chilled, downplaying the usual taste and fragrance you can find in century eggs.
