Traditional YuSheng is too mainstream. Why not get an Indonesian twist to it and toss to new taste in this new year?
This nutty, savoury and mild spicy yusheng will definitely bless you with an abundant luck. A variety of vegetables tossed with their homemade Indonesian style peanut sauce, kicap manis and tahu goreng. Eggs, radishes, bell peppers and large crackers can be found in this yusheng too. Every strand of ingredients were sliced till very long like noodles. Eat liao confirm live long long. Taste somewhat similar to Chinese rojak. Love the smoked salmon too.

Refreshing, citrus and sweet yusheng.
Long long sliced ingredients. Tangerine were sweet. Great amount of mini crackers giving you abundant wealth. Comes with smoked salmon too. Loving all the effort goes for decorating the yusheng neatly.
