From Shi Mei Shao La Ji Fan at the above mentioned coffeeshop at Blk 211 Marsiling Crescent. Went down thanks to fellow tastemaker Fabian Poon's post about it, and I must say that this is one of the best Char Siew I have had from Woodlands (don't take my word too much on this; I don't dine in Woodlands enough despite living there). Asked for fatty char siew; pretty chunky and juicy with lots of bite especially for the larger chunks, and some pieces actually had some crispy char. Would definitely prefer it to be a little less sweet though; I like my char siew to come with a balance of honey sweetness and porky flavour. That being said though, it's one spot I would consider going to since it's just a stone's throw away from me. They also have roasted pork, duck and soya chicken on the menu, though the noodles are sadly taken off, leaving rice as the only option to go along with the meats.
