[This squid requires a $5++ supplement]. I've always been a fan of Ember, but this is only my first visit after the departure of Chef Sebastian Ng.

I'm a squid lover and Chef Alex did well with this squid. These little whole squids came with some salted egg sauce just to lift it with a little bit of umami. It's amazingly tender, I actually took a video of it bouncing under my fork.

I feel that this dish is worth the $5++ supplement for their lunch set.
