We asked for medium but I'm very glad that the chef had it cooked in medium rare instead as it comes to us already sliced nicely. I love onion rings that are really made of real onions! You know what I mean. The salad was good and the shiitake is raw and it was thinly sliced.. The vinaigrette goes well with everything and honestly I'm surprised that they actually uses dill in this salad, brings some kind of refreshing taste to your palette!
