Was a little hesitant at ordering the Reimagined Kaya Toast, but I heard it was created by MasterChef Singapore runner-up Genevieve Lee so I wanted to give it a try. The waitresses also said that it was their favorite dessert there. BUT it was REALLY GOOD! I love the brown toast meringue shards. It’s so delicate and it kind of reminds me of the biscuit piring wafer I used to eat as a kid. It was piled on top pistachio sponge, coconut cream and gula melaka ice cream. They compliment each other so well! I can say I’m a fan of it now!
