While remaining French-Italian, the “localised” menu is predominantly inspired by produce from our very own little red dot; all sourced locally in support of local farmers with local-grown herbs & vegetables from Vineyard’s very own edible garden.

On the menu presents two highly recommended mains; first up is the (Bottom Right) Osso Bucco al Vino Rosso: Braised Veal Shank & Mushroom Ragout in Shiraz Jus / Roasted Veal Bone Marrow with Sea Salt & Thyme. Next up is the (Top Left & our unanimous favourite) Iberico Pork Chop (Bone-In 250g) that's Sous Vide @ 62°C, Char Grilled, Cayenne Pepper Dusted, served with Marjoram Jus & Roasted Baby Vegetables, Truffle Oil Fingerling Potato Fries & Apple Cinnamon Compote on the side!
