travelled all the way to the east to try this ramen shop. limited seating in store, we arrived slightly before 6pm and was lucky to snag a seat. ordering and payment is via a machine located outside the shop and once you’ve ordered, you’ll have a number and the staff will call you in
there were 2 diff types of char siew, one seem to be charred and the other was layed around the bowl. the broth was rather flavourful and thick. even the noodles were different for the 2 bowls. pricing was around $15 - $17 each as i opted for more slices of meat and an additional egg since one of the ramen did not come with an egg
