This pasta dish was surprisingly tasty, for someone who’s not a fan of pesto! The pesto taste wasn’t too strong, just enough to add flavour to the sauce, along with the smooth creamy mouthfeel which went really well with the mushrooms, zucchini and cherry tomatoes. The lemon juice also gave another flavour to the dish which was a good addition. Smoked salmon was pretty salty but went well with the dish.
