At RM60, this was the costliest item on our bill. After the waitress brought the platter of freshly steamed "live" frogs in light soya sauce to the table, she poured the warmed-up bottle of Brand's Essence of Chicken all over it. I have to say it's the most delicate style of preparation for frog that I have ever had.
