The sea urchin (Uni?) is sooo good; melts in your mouth like butter, and I usually don't like sea urchin. Expensive place tho, $49 for this plate. Worth it for highest grade of sashimi I've tasted. Work your way up from light to dark coloured pieces of seafood (light to heavy taste) πŸ‘ control the urge to go straight for the toro; you can do it, it's worth it!
