25 Degrees is named after the exact temperature difference between a raw and a well-done burger. I got their Number 1, which comprises of their signature 200g USA Angus beef patty, caramelised onions, crescenza, bacon, arugula and thousand island sauce. The beef patty was rather dry and not as juicy as I expected it to be seeing that they've gotten raved reviews everywhere. However, they did come with a hint of smokiness from the grill which kinda make up for it. The burger was huge though, I ditched the buns towards the end despite it being soft and fluffy.
