Across the various F&B establishments from the hotel such as The Deli, Min Jiang at Dempsey and Min Jiang, you can look forward to returning favourites and newly created dishes such as the Mao Shan Wang Tiger Swiss Roll ($133, 1kg), Sweet Abundance Tier Set ($98, 8 flavours) of an assortment of hand-crafted pastries and the Chilled D24 Durian Nian Gao Roll ($66.80, 2 rolls), all from The Deli. Out of the sweets, the durian nian gao roll is perhaps the one thing that you shouldn’t miss out on as every bite brings a wonderful chewy texture, perfumed by the durian aroma and sweetness from the nian gao.

Both Min Jiang at Dempsey and Min Jiang will be offering a lineup of new savoury dishes that include Min Jiang’s Braised Spring Chicken with Iberico Pork Rolls & Abalone in Pot ($338, serves 6), Double-boiled Seafood Soup with Abalone & Handmade Black Moss Meatballs in Claypot ($288, serves 6) and Min Jiang at Dempsey’s new Auspicious Abundance Lo Hei ($188/$238) which comes with tiger prawns and abalone. Special mention goes to the double boiled soup which features premium ingredients such as Australian 10-head abalone, fried eel fish maw, grouper slices, fresh tiger prawns and meatballs that contained black moss, pork and turnip, all boiled in a broth with chicken, dried sole fish and radish for three hours to achieve the richness consistency.

Besides the ala carte dishes, diners can also opt for the set menus when they dine-in with prices starting from $148++ per person, minimum 2 persons for a six-course meal at Min Jiang or from $138++ per person, minimum 2 persons for a six-course meal at Min Jiang at Dempsey.
