Simple fishball noodles but the handmade yong tau foo was really good and I’d recommend the one that’s wrapped in the beancurd skin (roll-looking thing in center of pic)

Noodles were cooked nicely but make sure you get the ZHAP (sauce) onto every spoonful you take because that chili-vinegar mix is so flavorful
