With A4 wagyu, first sous vide then pan-seared and glazed with the restaurantโs homemade marinade for over six hours before it is served.
Took awhile for the food to be served and Iโm glad the food is worth the wait. Tasty sauce on rice(i love the rice), beef was tender and flavourful. What better way to enhance my meal than adding foie gras? Or save $5 if you are not a fan of foie gras.
