Honestly, I never had faith in ramen which are priced too low. Quality ramen requires love and effort to cook which ultimately results in a higher cost. But Suparakki debunked my theory by charging ONLY $7.5 for a bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth is rich, flavorful with a deep porky flavor. It tastes almost as good as Tonkotsu Kingโ€™s but is only sold at half the price ๐Ÿฅด The chashu was rather average, but the quality of the broth and springy noodles can definitely compensate that aspect
