Honestly, I never had faith in ramen which are priced too low. Quality ramen requires love and effort to cook which ultimately results in a higher cost. But Suparakki debunked my theory by charging ONLY $7.5 for a bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth is rich, flavorful with a deep porky flavor. It tastes almost as good as Tonkotsu Kingโs but is only sold at half the price ๐ฅด The chashu was rather average, but the quality of the broth and springy noodles can definitely compensate that aspect
