Not your typical brunch experience, flavour-wise. The girth of the masculinely spicy, Chinese-esque and well-endowed sausage was ideal for easy in-mouth navigation, whilst elsewhere the chewy, bak kwa-like bacon appeared to have not wiped its mouth after having sugary roti prata and the hashbrown could pass off as a potato patty at a masquerade party. 4/5
