This ba chor mee is as shiok/ good as ever, without or with the Michelin recognition. Why aren’t there (legit) branches? The taste of the noodles here is distinctive - there is magic in the sauce, cooking (timing) and every ingredient is done right, down to the splash of vinegar. We had both small $6 and large $10 bowls to compare, not cheap but still more affordable than ramen and pasta prices on our shores. Let’s support our hawkers- we are so fortunate to have them around, making delicious hot food accessible to us over long hours.
