Capturing the flavours of the Mediterranean, this yule log consist of Raspberry and Blueberry jelly, Pistachio sponge, Lemon Mascapone mousse, Vanila Crumble Base can complete with a purple glaze.

For me it is a well balance log cake. The fruity and accidity in the jelly, followed with tangy lemon mousse and rich dark chocolate sure tentalise your tastebuds and not overpowering it with sweet and rich ingredients.

The other flavours of Yule log this year are Chendol Gula Melaka Yule Log & Cassis Bitter Sweet Chocolate Yule Log.
